Body: NASCAR 1/24 or 1/25 unmodified model kit body (no resin or thin styrene or drilled or cut bodies) from modern era painted to resemble a NASCAR with three numbers and sponsor clusters. Must have all exterior accessories from kit installed. All molded body lines must be present. Must have a full interior where chassis is not visible and no paper or flat interiors allowed. May not be trimmed in inside or cut to heighten wheelwells. Front and rear glass must be installed and must be taped back on if separated during race and does not constitute a track call. Shoe Goo is recommended for reinforcing all joints and window seams. Must weigh 45 grams when weighed separately. Height of body must be at least 1-7/8" sitting on house tech block. Body may not drag track during racing and must be adjusted immediately to prevent such and it does not constitute a track call. USE OUR TECH BLOCK.

Chassis: H&R #ch07 RTR or built H&R #02 chassis kit stock unmodified brass inline setup, complete with all original parts (may change guide, lead wires and axles on 07) with rigid body mounts, and entire setup must clear 1/16" tech tool nose to tail, including addon weights, and not be visible from outside the body. May add lead weight. No offsetting of wheelbase from center left or right. No ball bearings. Oilites must be in stock position and may be soldered. Wheel width may not exceed tech tool as it must go on and off with ease. May resolder motor brace to improve gear concentricity. May solder in u-shaped 1/16" wire to stiffen front and rear end. USE OUR TECH BLOCK.

Motor: JK Hawk-7 ONLY with NO modifications. (NONE) Motor may be soldered in. May cut tip of rear shaft enough to clear gear hub allen screw ONLY. Motors may be changed between heats, mains, or during racing or lane rotation but remain subject to post-race tech inspection or will be disqualified.

Tires: All 1/8" axle H&R standard foam rubber tires are allowed as they sponsor our races and we are here to sell their products and give you a better selection. Pro-Track 1/8" axle natural or standard foam rubber LARGE SCALE only tires are allowed- NO small hub modern era tires and wheels. Front minimum diameter is .940 X 10mm wide and rear is .970 x 18mm wide. No independent rotation fronts allowed. No lightening or trimming of wheels. Wheels may be spot balanced. Overall wheel width may not exceed tech tool as it must go on and off with ease.

Gears: 9 tooth standard press-on brass or steel pinion with 31 tooth any brand plastic crown ONLY. Crown gear may be spot balanced but not cut or trimmed in any way.

Weight: Body must weigh in at 45 grams minimum and the whole car must not be less than 200 grams minimum. USE OUR SCALE.
 
Indoor Motorsports reserves the right to amend, modify or re-introduce changes to rules as Tech Director determines necessary at any time. No changes other than for clarification will be made within 3 weeks of any series or feature race. 

Car must Clear ALL rules before and AFTER the race and we reserve the right to disqualify anybody on these terms. Cars may not be picked up after race until tech Director has issued a clearance or offender will have to sit-out next race. Cars must be subjective to post race inspection or will not be allowed to race.
Arguing with race director during race = loss of position and/or points, race bucks, and possible disqualification-bring your complaint up at the end of race for consideration.
No throwing of controllers down or on panel. DO NOT throw cars across track to another racer as it will disqualify you. No foul language. If you bow out of race please track marshall for others. No chemicals allowed on panel or track during racing and ONLY approved slot car fluids can be used in a conservative manner as to not get all over track. No items can be set on track surface during lane rotation other than car itself. Lane marker card must be used and not made of paper.
